You are exactly where you’re supposed to be!
Where you are right now is exactly where you are supposed to be, as this is all part of the Divine plan. Everything in life is about TRUST! Life becomes much easier when you trust, and stop fighting against the resistance of your own limitations, and just relax, and go with the flow. Acceptance is a vital key in leading a fulfilling life! Accept that life is a sequence of constantly-changing events and circumstances, and that moment by moment opportunities present themselves to you, and when they do ensure that you embrace them. Embrace the prospect of the unknown with positive anticipation.
Look at your life like a mug, and most life mugs are often filled with people, circumstances and events, which are both positive and negative. If your mug of life is filled to the brim with people, circumstances and events that make you feel good and enrich your life then that is amazing, however if your life mug is full to overflowing with people, circumstances and events that do not make you feel good, then it is time to empty your life mug and make room for more of the things that make you feel good.
The Universe abhors a vacuum, so when you clear out your life mug, it will always be filled up again, this is the Universe at work, so you will need to make clearing your life mug of life a habit. When you release and let go of things that are not serving you well you are making space for you to consciously fill with people and circumstances that enrich your life. What your life mug is filled with is indicative of how your life currently is, positive or negative.
Listen to the whispers of your soul. Your inner guidance is persistently encouraging you to discover what your priorities are in life, and to remove the things that don’t make you feel good! Release and let go of the negatives to create more space in your life, for the things that make you feel good, to come in, as you can’t grasp anything new, when your hands are already filled with stuff that doesn’t make you feel good! There are many whispers that touch my very soul and make my Soul align with happiness.
Listen to your body; it’s your beast teacher. It is so easy to resist our warnings from within to take that much needed rest, or to treat ourselves to something that makes us happy, and helps us to feel good! Sadly we can sometimes be too hard on ourselves, and blame ourselves for things we have no control over at all. Be kind to yourself, listen to what your body is communicating to you, and discover what it is longing for, and then whatever it is nourish your body with it. It could be you’re longing for chocolate, cheese, sleep, a pizza or literally anything, and my advice is whatever you long for have it without any guilt, and be kind to yourself, it is all about how you feel, and feeding your body with what you long for!
Show compassion for you! Compassion is vital in all aspects of life, in particular towards you. True self-compassion creates space that is judgment free! Compassion is an emotion that understands sadness and failures and helps you to perceive those experiences with thoughtfulness and consideration. So when you are feeling sad, or having negative emotions, stop and be gentle with yourself… and understand that you are an essential part of an imperfect, delightful, and one hell of a being, having a human experience. Remember that you are a ‘human being’, not a ‘human doing’!
Spend time on you! Spend time and effort on yourself daily, walking, meditating, reading, spending time with inspiring people, listening to or watching DVD’s that uplifts you, that helps you to understand yourself and the world or that helps you to live a better life. Then, if possible, take one small action on what you have learned, and use that time treat yourself kindly, and learn to soften and open yourself to all kinds of experiences, and emotions. Be willing to take responsibility for the essence of self-compassion and acknowledge your own emotional well-being, and comfort yourself by generating feelings of warmth, softness, and care towards yourself and, by the friendship and love, all those around you.
The answers are within you, as you have your own internal guidance system (your inner compass, your emotional navigation), which are your emotions that guide and direct you to what is right for you. Each moment your emotions are changing. When you feel the expansion of love in your heart, follow that love, because that love will make you feel good, and it will lead towards the path of ‘what-is-right-for-you’. Trust your heart, and trust your own vibration of love and resonate with more love.
